Very few Friday night games.

Especially when we usually play Collingwood and Essendon* on a Friday night.

A home game in Round 1? The AFL must be going soft on us.

I don't think so. I think it's melb's home game away from the G due to the commonwealth games. But not 100% sure...

Thanks Kenny.

What is the agreement re grounds again? I thought it was 6-5 for TD. According to this, we only get 3 home MCG games... I know that the G is out of action for the first few weeks, but it seems that the G, CFC and general footy supporters got shafted again by the AFL. I mean, CFC vs Rich at the TD??

Correct LL. From what I remember 2005 was meant to be 6-4-1 with the one being the last game at OO. From 2006 onwards we were meant to have a 6-5 arrangement meaning 5 home games at the G. What the story?

Surely there is a breach of contract here. We were promised 5 MCG games from 2006 onwards.

I am not happy, and the G has been shafted yet again by the f&!%@#* AFL.

I am not happy with this draw at all.
