Any AFL Member, regardless of club support and membership package has entry rights to ALL Wizard Home Loans Cup matches, including the Grand Final.

Members are required to scan their 2005 AFL Membership cards to gain free entry to these matches and then proceed to the general admission areas of the relevant venues.

There is NO specific AFL area for any Wizard Cup Matches and access to seating is on a first in, walk-up basis.

AFAIK it's all walk up & I can't find anything at afl.com or ticketmaster.com re tickets for sale for next week's match.

if someone has the time to ring the club on monday and confirm that would be a great start.

As it stands i cant seem the AFL changing the way it has been for the GF. IMO i dont htink it will be a sellout anyways, 45k maybe, but not a fully ticketed event, best bet is to get there early, as PJ suggested and work to getting everyone seat together.

AFAIK it's all walk up & I can't find anything at afl.com or ticketmaster.com re tickets for sale for next week's match

So it's first in, best dressed then?!?!?

Then for the AA Squad I suggest we all get there at 6, have a few ales and then get out seats somewhere around 7.

Yes, Clint, AA Squad.
Most of us drink a fair bit I assume.

Ok, so what would be the best way of going about this so that we are all in the same area or there abouts?

Nice work, thrylos.

Looks like some organisation will be required, or else we'll be stuck on Level 3.

i also assume that

AFL Members
Adult Member - $5.80
Concession Member - $5.80
Junior Member - $1.50

Guest Passes
Adult - $31.50
Concession - $23.30
Junior - $10.30

however by the looks of things there is no set afl member section so i assume that anyone can book on the bottom deck.
ticketmaster at 9am is the go for me then

well who has a credit card and would be willing to buy X amount of tickets together?

I dont, but unless some one would be prepared to do that i suggest we all go our own way and meet up before, at half time and after the game to enjoy each others company.

Otherwise it will just be too hard to get a seat together.

For those that would come along and have sat down with each other in the past we have.

ScottSaunders
Mr Saunders (my father)
Phoneix Johnson
Cammo
BleuGirlDanielle
FullMonty101
StrangleBlue
MaxyBlue
BlueHammer
CK95
Gezamn (i think i read somewhere that he will come down for the game)
Bec - give the best seat known to man :P
Bec's friend 9cant recall your name sorry mate)
Bec's Friend No 2 (cant recall your name sorry mate)

and no doubt ive missed a couple as well.

If i had a CC and could confirm everyone there would come along, which i have no doubt they would i would be more than happy to get everyone a ticket and they can fix me up later, but i dont, so unless anyone is up for that, and please dont feel as if you have to, we should all just do our own thing and meet before the game, during half time, and at the end of the game.

Scotty I'm willing to do it, just wonder what the purchasing limit will be. I'll check it out tomorrow and will try and get a batch together if there's enough interest.

It'll probably just be a situation where I'll buy as many as I can and first come first serve. Am guessing there will be enough interest...

good work BH

and let it be know - Bluehammer does not buy a beer at the footy if this happens :D

As it is i would assume ti would be safe to suggest that those i mentioned early would be more than happy to sit tgoether again.

So maybe looking at getting 15 tickets @ $22 ($330) so dont dont unless you get a fair response from everyone.

As it is, put myself down and my father down for sure :D

i will actually make another post suggesting this as well and hopefully one of the mods can sticky it for us to give you some type of idea.

In the event that you do purchase a batch of tix with your CC, Hammer, how will you distribute them?

Some place outside of the ground?

simple PJ - we meet at a pub before hand and get all the financial stuff out of the way well before anyone gets a few ales and forgets about it all.
