I received my members pack in the mail today. Hat, membership card, magnet, sticker etc, and I also recieved a small '05' badge. Obviously the '05' is for this year, but where does it go and what do I do with it??

I didn't get a hat in my pack

I am a long distance member, I think thats why I got my cap sent to me in my pack.

Where on my Social Club Membership card is "the 2004"? And how am I suppose to "get it on" my membership card?

You would've got a badge last year with a little 04 pin in it, you take that out and put the little 05 pin in it

This is my first year as a social member, so I hope I get a badge, cause so far i have a pin and no'where to put it.

You probably should have got one, I'd phone them up and ask.

The pin is to replace the '04 pin on your social club medallion. Which social club medallion? The one they don't seem to be sending to new social club members this year. They forgot ours as well, but a quick phone call to the club and they've promised they'll be out soon. Helpful but disorganised seems to be the best way to describe the membership department at the moment.
