I'm bored and sick of this season and all the he said, she said tank bullshit. I went to the recruiting forum and copped a face full of Fevolution and pick this player and this player and gee wouldn't Woewodin be a good pick up bullshit So i thought lets crank out the ol crystal ball and have a look into next year. Here's what it spat out. We will have picks 1 and 4. Pick 4 will have a better year than pick 1 and everyone will moan and whinge when collingwoods pick 2 wins the rising star award for the year. We will have one LTI for the year We will finish in the 12-16 bracket and all the tank talk will start from about round 14. Simmo , Bentick , Waite and Walker will have huge years. The AFL ladder will look like this at the end of the year 1. St Kilda - They will finally get it right 2. West Coast - Will be stung by this years GF loss and motor on again 3. Fremantle - The headcases will actually realise they are pretty good 4. Geelong - speaking of headcases 5. Kangaroos - Can't keep that shinboner down 6. Port - they will never stop stop stop till they're top top top 7. Bulldogs - some very good youth there 8. Adelaide - Will be the second year in a row the champion struggles ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9. Sydney - Injuries to Hall and Goodes test their depth 10. Melbourne - the end of the Daniher era 11. Collingwood - pick 2 will have a killer year 12. Richmond - Only so much Deledio and Brown can do 13. Essendon* - Sheedy finally gets picked up by the martians 14. Hawthorn - All those picks but Clarkson is still the coach 15. Carlton - We open our eyes to reality but fail to "tank" well enough 16. Brisbane - the reign is well and truly over I'm afraid we are in for this turmoil a while longer yet Sorry Folks........................ |
