I believe that we needed to look back at the bad times while looking to the good times. Which year was worse?

For mine it's 2003 - I deluded myself to thinking we were a chance every week, only to be brought down by 100 point thumpings. That's what blind following does to you...

Nothing is worse than a 16th finish  and watching the team play that kind of footy.

Dont remember what happened in 2002 and 2003. I was in a self-induced coma which I came out of on October 17 2003.

Seriously though, 2002 sucked more. Wooden-spoon. Cant get any lower than that Draft penalties. The only good thing about 2002 was that Poowood lost another Grand Final.

2002 without a doubt for me.

At least last year we had Pagan, and could see that the future would be brighter.

I'm struggling to remember anything from those years. Which one did we cop the shellacking from the @#$%&! roos in Rnd 22? @#$%&! losers.

2002 was a shocker. From finals to last, no one would have predicted that, not even the opposition supporters. It made them revel even more.

2002 no contest. At least with 2003 there was cause for some hope, ie priority pick and D Pagan on board

2003.
Was the same year the massive cuts came about.

2002. Opposition supporters waving wooden spoons at Optus caused me some terrible pain

No doubt 2003.
2002 we had a bad run with injuries. We had a shit coach and our recruiting was exposed.
2003 we had players in Navy Blue refusing to work for their paypacket. Namely S Beaumont, M Allan, J Murphy. Club stalwarts like Ratten and Hickmont retired rather than play under Pagan. That hurt more.
