We also gave him the premiership he'd always wanted, hopefully that will sway the vote too ;)

When is he eligible to be drafted, this year or next?

I reckon Diesel would still want him playing for the Blues.

Geez we have a few coming through then, Johnno has a few boys still doesn't he?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if we take a player with our 3rd Round Pick we then need to give up our second round pick for the next one? Could cause some issue's with Fitzpatrick coming through this year and maybe Williams and Johnson the year after.

You are right in that subsequent F/S need to utilise the second round pick, but we won't really know who is good enough for the picks until later this season. Fitz junior is with the Ants and will hopefully be thrown into it, and if he comes up trumps, two F/S may not be a bad thing. Otherwise, they may just risk it and try to take some of the players with a later pick.

As far as I'm aware, Greg is still living in Melbourne.
Why would he want to send Jye to NSW and have to re-locate the whole family up there when I'm sure they are probably settled here?

And besides, if Denis is still around, what better coach to hone in Jye's talents and turn him ito a good footballer?

One to watch out for over the next coming years.

i clicked your profile by mistake and noticed your birthdate as being very similair to mine :D

I always thought you were more immature than me, who would have thought it was only by 13 days

And thanks for the F/S draft explanation... although you'd think my 27 y.o. memory wouldn't be so bad that I forgot the kerfuffle about T. Cloke... I think it was only mentioned in the media a couple of hundred times.

It is certainly nice to have plenty of choices and some good 'breeders' for the club.

Yep, they live in Moonee Ponds, that's why he is with Calder. He will not choose the Swans, he wants to win flags, not nothing, which is all he will get at Sydney...
