We have to accept the fact that Carlton is just not very good. Too many players not up to it. Can't see it getting much better in the short term. Just a mess.

jesus I hate to to say this but Heywood Ainsworth and (to a lesser degree) Florent add Chesser and Reidy , and there's yer list [REDACTED] right there.

Plus side, Derksen things to work with... Hollands boys well done... Boyd I thought well done until that last @#$%&! kick....

oh God we are miles off it...I mean @#$%&! miles.

Missed goals = missed opportunities.
At least we kicked the most we've kicked all season.
I thought we would've got smashed by this lot, so I guess that's a win.
Cripps was only good for 1 quarter.
4 of their mids had more disposals than our highest, Walsh at 22.
If you can't get your hands on the ball you can't kick the goals.
I like the fact we held back a little until the 3rd.
But when your potatoes are involved, they be potatoes all the time.

also their hands versus our hands - they released players, under pressure we handballed to players. (in the wrong jumper). They have some great kids. We have.....

Most of those have come as decent players and we have already Carltonised them and turned them to shit. I don't know how we do it but we manage. Like we don't recruit players that are bad kicks but somehow they become bad kicks once they walk through our doors. How does it happen?!!!

Disappointing we let them back in but I hope we also send an umpiring highlights package to the AFL with a please explain request. Some absolute howler non decisions missed for us and dodgy calls went against us

or we recruit players that play a role around very good players when we should be drafting very good players cos thats what we lack.

Not arsed about Boyd's last kick, had to go the corridor and hope for the best at that stage. Unfortunately the big error was Derker kicking off balance with 100 seconds left rather than taking it out and let us set up with Pitto against that #47 kid.

Win, lose or draw today doesn’t matter.

We will get smashed by decent teams.

North are rubbish. We are worse.

Long seasons ahead.

At least I didn’t get too emotional. Back to being apathetic.

One week closer to Voss getting sacked. Won’t make much difference.
