Much better in the contest. Harry and Curnow 6.0 between them. Silvagni and the talls great in defence. Shame about the injuries as Cerra was doing well in the middle before being thrown to half back. Lots of butchering |

Far from Convincing... Poor Second half but the Positive is that we broke our Hodoo and did not give up when they came hard at us. Binns Gave us something extra tonight.... so Angry at the club for keeping him in the two's for too long! |

very gritty given all the injury obstacles. not convinced the guys who finished out the game will be playing next week. saints are so bad. their disposal looks way worse than ours. in the ned a good win, one we wanted more and one we needed to stay alive. |

i think evans swung the game to us. he did a negating role on wang-millera and shut down his penetration. once that happened, saints just butchered it. |

Just wanted to win. Stressful as @#$%&!. Was waiting for the heartbreak. So @#$%&! happy we held on. Not pretty but very gritty. Watched on tv with the volume down. WTF was that umpiring. @#$%&! me we got the pineapple. Hate St Kilda. Stick that up your arses cauliflower. |

Ross should be charged for bringing the game into disrepute. Their games are torture to watch. Our small forwards are deplorable. Brisbane probably have 5 or 6 small forwards that you would pick before any of ours. Durdin 2 chances to ice the game and missed both. Motlop invisible all night until he got a few touches at half back in the last quarter. Evans no impact. White got a goal, but that’s it. One goal between 4 small forwards. Thank goodness. Needed that. We played 4 quarters, which was good. Stuck it up the umpires in the end who tried everything to get the Aints up. Harry and JSoS are crucial to us. |
