Acres out Lord in Lord sub |

I reckon we would have had a small forward as sub (White?) if Acres was in. Convention dictates that a late emergency becomes the sub, but I'd have preferred Lord come into the starting 22 and keep the original sub. Jesus doesn't strike me as an impact sub. He has tended to fade late, though. If things aren't going well and no one's injured, I hope we don't hesitate to pull the pin. |

Back in time. Early start. 1.10pm. Bloody hot in Sydney. Beach temp 24 degrees. Carlton is more important.....game day. Late change: Acres out Lord in. That should reduce our clangers and turnovers I wonder of Acres is injured? Its a better team than last week. I feel better with this week's changes. Gov and all small forwards are playing for their spots. Need to win 4 points. Must aim to play 4 quarters. Play 4 quarters of hard contested footy, and we could win by 10 goals. If we click. |

Not a great crowd here. Neutrals staying away. It's baking hot. |

I hope Saad and carroll are allowed to run ball from HB. If we can get the ball in their hands, they create space and linking ability. |

9 days off and playing weagels. if this isn't an emphatic victory, full on run and dare and taking the game on. it'll be more questions. heaven forbid we lose. if that happens, we are toast. not even bondi could spin a positive from that shitshow. |

Streaming into goal, handball to Motlop who's under pressure and the slowest guy out there. Turnover and Eagles now have a shot. |

Why the give to Motlop? Kings of giving it to someone under more pressure. Goes coast to coast for an Allen goal! |

nice bit of play from carroll. typically motlop shits the bed and it pings back for a goal the other way. |

Motlop is not an AFL player, list clogger. Adds nothing and should play out the season in the VFL |

Don’t think I’ve ever seen a player who believes he is better than what he actually is, than Motlop. |
