@Sammy__Edmund
A setback for Carlton winger Blake Acres who has had back surgery to fix a bulging disc problem. Acres will be restricted to a modified program until Christmas and all things going well, will resume full training in the new year. Surgery is said to have gone well after the Blues took a proactive approach to operate now rather than wait and see. @1116sen

They did say it was a "proactive approach". Perhaps we're planning ahead before he develops one. :lol:

If it improves his kicking... maybe we get the entire team done before round 1

When I saw the title I thought it was a pisstake.

Then I realised it's a Carlton forum and is likely to be 100% real.

He probably fell asleep on the couch after a few beers, mentioned that he slept funny and his back was a bit sore, and off he went.

I hear they've already reserved a pre-christmas surgery slot for pick 3

Finn O’Sullivan has been injured all year. No wonder we’re chasing him so hard.
