@#$%&! it - we're not going to lose another game this year. Please reply and expand on why I am right.

i think the biggest reason we won't lose is bcos we're the old dark navy blues. and we're sticking fat. our green shoots are now towering forest's of doom for the opposition to have to navigate thru. which they can't, of course.

... there they are. lost in the thicket. their only option is none other than to smell what we are cooking, while the light fades and their pulse leaves their tired, frail body's. the last thing they hear is the carlton team song being sung by john elliot in the afterlife after 15 crownies and a gut full of port phillip prawns.

If we concede a big score, we just have to make sure we kick a bigger score

We may have lost Docherty from our 2023 Finals team, but we've gained Williams E.Hollands Owies Cowan and Fantasia to the best 23 conversation in 2024.
SOS wasn't the team after Rnd 16. Williams was long term injured.

We are 4th on the ladder, chasing 2nd.
3 H&A games to go.

We are a better team in 2024.

We have currently out injured DeKoning Williams and Martin out from our best 23. Maybe Marchbank.
They will be back. The future is in our hands.

6 wins in a row should do the job, or at least winning the last 3 of the year in a row.
Can see why it could happen. I'm praying to the footy gods.

I aint worried. I'm in the right room aren't I?

Start this week - come out and have a comfortable 33 point win against Filth. Hawfs will get deconstructed by Giants this weekend - I'm comfortable that we can take that template and beat them as well. Then West Coast who will be season over just get me to Bali. Then Saints, season over, dwarf burning time, ten goal win.
After that the mojo is back, we come in Top 2 and go bang bang. Interstate team on the G for the GF - lock it away.

I can't see where anything I have just said can be refuted.

Effendope receives more help from AFL, umpires to cause an upset at Marvel v Freo.
Saints surprise Lions with their newfound anti Lyon game plan and win at home.

Carlton keep winning, to take back 2nd spot on ladder.....as they say...the rest his history.

If we lose this weekend, even if we win our last 3 I'm gonna be pretty pissed off.

Heard Leigh Matthews say that Allan Jeans used to say that, "Failure cannot cope with perserverance"

Embrace the pressure, embrace the expectation

Perserverance doesn't just mean you don't give up when you're behind

It also means to perservere with your proactivity and your mind...don't fall asleep at a stoppage, always be on the look out for a loose man, both ours or oppo, tweak your positioning, remind yourself to look for the best option going fwd, look at yourself in the mirror at qtr time half time and 3/4 time and ask yourself, "did i pass the ball because my team mate was in a better position or did I not want the responsibility?

@#$%&! it - we are only % out of the 8. Let's get in there and see who wants to play us.

We can but cry for what might have been but must embrace what is still possible.

(I've had more than 4 beers so don't know if someone else has said that or I made it up myself).

Well, I was wrong with every detail. But now we are in. We have some boys coming back, it's nice in Brisbane and they are pretty shaky. Season starts now.

it's a long old road to the G from here.

Brisbane
Sydney
Adelaide

MCG.

it'll be the greatest finals surge in the history of the game if we get thru all that.
