Would have called this a free hit a couple of weeks ago but they were softer than Lurpak in the larder against Adelaide so I'll be disappointed if we don't destroy them.

Still deciding whether to drive up. The Beanstalk is a pretty good place to watch footy but @#$%&! me it's expensive to stay in W.S.

That's our points conceded over the five game winning streak. So that makes our goal scoring target nice and simple.

The Sam Taylor loss is huge for them. Think of us without Weits. :yikes:

Cincotta to Whitfield. Wear him like an undersized g-string. Up his arse all night.

Let Crippa teach Green another lesson

Cincotta will go to Whitfield he is there most damaging player.
Toby will say Hello Newman
I think Bedford will go to Walsh
Greene will go head to head with Cripps again and Cripps will get 30 plus unless Ward does a lock down on him.

With no Taylor there defence looks pretty shaky

In - Carroll, TDK
Out - Kennedy (inj), Pitto

Hewitt into the 22 and Carroll as sub.

Pitto unlucky, but ‘squad mentality’ etc.

Agree with this, although I’d also be happy to have Motlop as sub

Yep, Cinc to Whitfield for sure. Shut him down and limit the supply to Toby is the easiest way to stop Toby

With C.Durdin injured, Motlop is definitely the next cab off the rank if we need a small forward. At least while Cottrell is out and Cunners builds fitness.

But just from little comments Voss has made, I get the sense that he is not super happy with Motlop’s form. With Fantasia cementing his place, I reckon Motlop will be playing VFL next week. Carroll had a solid VFL game today so I think we’ll go “like for like” with Kennedy out.

Motlop might need more minutes than sub given he didn't play today.

Unless someone pulls up particularly sore or doesn't fancy the trip to Western Sydney, the obvious changes are:

In: TDK, Hewett (from sub)
Out: Pitto, Kennedy (inj.)

Then it's just a question of who gets to travel with the seniors and be sub this week.

Kennedy plays mid and forward and actually does a bit of ruck work, so he'll be tough to replace.

It’s a bit of a stretch to call Olympic park “western Sydney”, but VFL play in (true) Western Sydney next Saturday, so everyone who is fit will be travelling to Sydney. Unfortunately vfl play first so some will still miss as emergencies.
