Motlop to come in and hopefully Cerra is good to go. We tend to look a bit slow with Hewett, Kennedy, and Cerra in the same side so I'm not sure what the MC will decide. Carroll was poor against Essendon* and should be dropped whilst O Hollands and Owies are on thin ice. I suspect Martin and Cottrell will need to return via the reserves, whenever that may be. |

Motlop looked ok in VFL but I'd think the only opportunity is taking Durdin's spot as sub. |

It looked like Gov had hamstring issues. |

Nailed a lovely set shot at Ivanhoe Junior Football Club training on Tuesday night. Given it was about 7 degrees I was a bit concerned about his hammy! |

I feel confident going into games now. And I felt chilled all through the Ess game. Blues by 30 |

Hoping for Pittonet, Cerra, Cottrell, Martin and Cuningham all available after the bye. I would imagine all except for Cerra & Martin will return but the VFL team. Carroll and Durdin likely outs. |

Assuming (optimistically!) that Harry & McGovern are OK, and Cerra & Cottrell are ready to return…. In - Cerra, Cottrell Out - Carroll, C.Durdin For the first time this year, we might be able to field a strong VFL side. With a bit of luck, we could have Carroll, Cunningham, C.Durdin, S.Durdin, Fantasia, Marchbank, Martin, Motlop, Pittonet & Young all playing VFL after the bye. Our injury list has resulted in us fielding some very inexperienced VFL sides this year and I don’t think it’s been good for our development players (Binns, Lemmey, Moir, Wilson, Monahan, Mirkov & Akuei). Hopefully we get a look at M.Carroll and Lord in the VFL soon too. |

Geelong and Sydney remain the only sides in the 8 we haven’t beaten. I think we were a bit stiff last time and that with the chance to open a gap on other sides they should have all of the motivation they need. Carroll for Cerra |
