Jordan Russell was the first one to come to mind, but another Jordan of the Doerring variety was up there... especially after he blew his moment against Hawthorn to give that hack Dixon a shot after the siren. Deer in the headlights stuff

i used to work with ol' Jordy, after he was delisted, and when he introduced himself, i told him i knew who he was, as he cost us the game against hawthorn.... he laughed, and said that that moment ruined his career, Ratts never forgave him. watched him kick 10 in a half later that year in the edfl. top bloke ol' Dooz

Big ones for me:
Murphy
Gibbs
Camporeale
Bradley
Rhys-Jones (people thought he was cruising except when whacking someone… I think he just looked that way)
These were all elite players, who we regularly treated like 3rd rate hacks.

Then there are those who were less endowed players and/or with variable output:
Bowers
Plowman
Casboult
Jordan Russell
Stevens
Hamill (played really well 1/4 games)
Waite (was awesome and then when missing due to his mind, injury or suspension)
All ruckmen between Madden and Kruezer with a temp reprieve for Matty Allan for a season or two.

Speaking of Menzel, we could actually have an entire thread on 'Unfulfilled talent'.
