Need to start grinding teams below us into the ground....
Let's start next Thursday...
Can't see Carroll being dropped.. (ha)
Ollie looked nervous and fumbly... Was it the humidity?
Probably unchanged except for the Dos/Jack swP... assuming Doc needs a rest

Go Blues

Jon Ralph's campaigning hard for Hewett to get a week for bitch slapping Neale.

No bias from Jon Ralph of course. Just calls it as he sees it, right?

Dusty could be in doubt with the calf.

Let's hope the Suns dish it up to them tomorrow

Doc will be out
Hewett will cop a week

Carroll comes in

Hollands was disappointing tonight but usually plays well against Richmond

I think Motlop will still be out
Durdin might be available

But it might finally be time to bring The Binns in

if we gave brissy a 46 point head start, how much of a head start are we going to give the tiges? lets start with 10 goals, make it interesting....

i think we will win, but it will be a tough game after the intensity and heat of tonight

Small sample, but looks like J Carroll is far better suited to the centre square than O Hollands.

Having a left footer in there adds great variety.

If we lose Hewett and Doc on top of thosr already missing that's tipping the scale I reckon.

Jack Carroll comes in and hopefully Motlop is available - otherwise Corey Durdin.
I'm not sure that Doc is such a big loss any more.

agree. before the knee injury doc looks like he's lost another step from what he lost last season. his pursuit was non existent and lions were literally running around him.

doc looks like he might play the dan rich role of the lions last season, a few cameos and here and there based around his fantastic leadership and footy mind. he'll make one excellent coach at some point too.

They’re playing in Queensland today during the day don’t forget. Heat won’t be a factor.

Only needs to be a small sample . That small sample tells you everything you need to know .

I thought Ollie was huge. All heart. Gave it his all.

The conditions were slippery. Humidity was worse that the Sydney Dees game.

Nothing much of him and he played on the inside like a man possessed. Punched above his weight.

I take my hat off to him. Have a look at others who were corralling opponents and letting them kick freely forward. Ollie closed down space and tackled tackled tackled. if not for him and Hewett in the first quarter we would have been down by 46 points in the first imo.

Don't worry about his C rating by SEN. They gave Andrews an A+ and his opponent kicked the winning goals. In fact his opponent kicked 3.1 on him. SEN ratings mean jack shit.

Didn't get stats that some need to give a pass, but he was involved in nearly every tackle in that first 40 minutes. He got the TV in my Robert Klomp Award. Vossy and his team mates would be so proud of him.

Hewett's hit wasn't head high. Didn't touch the chin let alone the head.

It was neck high tap and hardly touched him. Lachie is an angry ant and provokes.

No hope Hewett gets rubbed out regardless what Ralph and some Carlton fans think.

If MRO and known Carlton hater Michael Christian gives a week, we will challenge his bias like the last 3 times and make a fool of him and expose his bias.

The club has taken a stance on Michael Christian and I'm proud of them doing so. Enough is enough.

Doc went out early last night so the team wouldn’t be much different to the one that beat Brisbane at the Gabba. Plus we might have a couple available who missed last night

I hope TDKs progression and Harry showing he is more than capable of giving a chop out in the ruck will finally convince Voss to stick with one ruck. The modern game is won with run and swarm. It’s all about outnumbering the opposition at every contest, always having someone free to give the ball to, and not allowing the opposition to have someone free to give the ball to. It’s a bit like picking up the principles of juego de posicion of the round ball game, but due to the size of the field in AFL, it requires more gut running to be effective. An extra runner to add to the rotations makes a world of difference.

Pittonet just doesn’t offer enough outside the ruck contest to justify selection in a top 4 team

100% Bondi.

If George gets suspended for that, Neale gets suspended for striking and the eye gouge.

The league has already wiped Chrisso’s slate clean. We wouldn’t even need the KC to get Hewett off.
