Maybe we should have separate Good Injury News and Bad Injury News threads :)

Carlton opted not to challenge Lachie Fogarty's one-match ban for striking, in-part because Fogarty suffered a fractured wrist in the collision with Nat Fyfe. Michael Voss tells @1116sen
the Blues aren't exactly sure how long the forward will be sidelined for.

Bad luck for him. I was wondering why the club didn't challenge it.

In other news, James Aish suffered a fractured lock of hair in a collision with the ball

Fog and Hollands updates as discussed. Some good news.

Good news. I had resigned myself to a month without either of them, maybe two for Fog.

Hollands and Marchbank will face fitness tests later this week, the latter having developed a back injury while progressing through the AFL's concussion protocols. - Riley Beveridge

The Blues hope to regain Walsh for this Saturday's clash against the Crows, but he will need to complete training this week. Fogarty will miss some time, having fractured his wrist in an incident that also saw him cop a one-match suspension. Hollands and Marchbank will face fitness tests later this week, the latter having developed a back injury while progressing through the AFL's concussion protocols. - Riley Beveridge

Rueful laugh re: Marchbank. Zac must be fine as reported by Vossy.

Only Marchbank could injure his back while resting in concussion protocols. Or maybe Martin or Cuningham.

Death, taxes, and the three of them on the injury list

Just saw Williams running around at training on Ch 7 so all good. The Marchbank back concern is just unbelievable really. He can’t come straight back into the firsts surely. He needs a block of games at vFL level to get some confidence in his body.

Hard to have confidence in your body when you’re battling leprosy, syphilis, anthrax and typhoid at the same time…
