Getting an 'unanswered' goal run is important.

Carlton haven't had a four goal run and lost since Footscray Rd.9
We've had 16 in the 12 games since and only failed to in the GWS game.

We get a four goal run - we win.
We keep Lions to less than 50 inside 50s - we win.
Crippa kicks a goal - we win.
We lead by 18 points at 1/2 time, finals history shows - we win*.
(*only 3 exceptions)

As usual I'd expect accuracy will play a major part. Take your chances boys.
My only other concern is that if we get behind, players will start trying to do it all themselves. It's trusting the 22 that has got us this far. We don't need any heroes. That what cost GWS in the end. Just do your job and give it to the player in the best position.

Maybe it's confirmation bias,maybe it's because locals don't go to South Bank, but I have seen a couple hundred people walking round in the good colors and not one lions jersey. Plenty of Wahs getting round ready for tonight as well

There is always one prelim that is a blowout and I think Brisbane will blitz us.
I take consolation that it's better to lose to Brisbane than Collingwood.
We have done brilliantly but this feels a bridge too far.
