Couldn’t get the link to work, but this is what the club just posted:

It's a sell out at the 'G next Friday night!

Tickets for our elimination final v Sydney are now sold out.

Should further tickets become available as a result of unused allocations, they will be released via Ticketek on Wednesday 6 September at 11am (AEST).

I can't believe it sold out so quickly.
Hopefully we fill the MCG with navy blue.

This morning I changed from Blues to Swans to see what bays were available to both sides.
From memory in the upper levels Sydney only had one bay in each of the stands.
Going to be a reverse of 2013 where - until “that” Judd goal - it felt like we were out numbered 3 to 1.

It certainly is. Hopefully the boys don't get stage fright and the sea of navy blue will drive them even further

Poster selling 3 standing room.
Was only 45 minutes ago so you might be in luck.
Might be worth grabbing and if in between you manage to secure 3 seats I’m sure they’ll be easy to resell closer to the game.

I remember that day, painted up with my then 5 yo son. We nearly got there. That 3rd qtr.
Judds goal. We owe them. They have a big Melb following. Not this time.

Oh well.
Like Bondi, first time on ground floor in years so looking forward to the extra atmosphere. And when we smash them and all the swanny fans leave early, can go right up to the fence to high 5 the boys!

I got 2 in M35 also. Logged in at 10.am and had a 22 minute wait. Cat 1 & 2 were no longer available.

Anyway Travel & Accommodation organised. Bring It On.

Sounds like there will be a few of us sitting in M35, that is where I am too.

That sucks. Sorry to hear you missed out. Do they have official resale for finals tickets? It's been so long since we were here, we are complete fish out of water.

Potential release of unused allocations on Wed next week as well.

I have a friend whose nickname is the football evangelist who has autism. He is a collector of sporting memorabilia. As a result of his condition he is unable to attend the footyas he cannot handle the rollercoaster of emotions which comes with the theatre of football. Despite this he was adamant he wanted a ticket for our match against the Swans, not to attend the match but as a momento of the occasion of Carltons first final for a decade. The poor soul spent the whole day talking to ticktek and Carltons membership services before acquiring a ticket in level four of the Olympic stand. He has no intention of attending the match but spent seventy dollars on a ticket which has immense sentimental importance to him. And I'm still in the doghouse for not buying him a ticket because I believed his desire for a ticket was irresponsible use of his limited finances. A strange story, believe it or not.

A couple of guys I work with are Carlton supporters.
First thing this morning I asked them if they got tickets.
One is a member so he had no problem.
The other isn't and was lucky enough to get some. He is so excited. He is 19 and has never been to a final before.
Seeing Carlton in finals was a given most years when I was growing up.
Us oldies were spoilt and it is so good to see the younger generation of Carlton supporters getting to experience finals.
