That takes Charlie to 80. Fair old return.

He might kick his 100 in the GF :thanks: :thanks: :thanks:

I think you’ll find it’s 75.

Doh I just looked at the ladder and it had 75 and an asterisk next to it. It said the asterisk means Rd 23 not included.

I still think he can reach 100 in the GF NB

Regards Cazzesman

Running on to G to celebrate Charlie's 100th goal in a winning GF will make up for Fev missing by 1 in 2008

Just...

No doubt the last month has taken its toll. I was really worried about today.
The fact the boys dug deep and walked away with a win says a fair bit.
Now we need to manage and freshen up for the next wave in 2 weeks.
Vossy and the crew over to you!!!!

Watched from my hotel room in Vegas on my phone. Neighboring hotel rooms would have been thinking there was a huge domestic going on I was cursing so much in the first quarter. Great game from Charlie and Weiters.

FINALS…..!

That's my take out also, the posters know who they are, willing us to lose to justify their two hours of back stabbing every second player.

Showed their true colours and won't be forgotten

If you are referring to me as one of those people you refer to as to what I said about Martin
Personally I’m really happy to follow us in September for the first time in a decade
And I hope Martin plays well
I just wish he sometimes would take some body contact from another player
There is nothing wrong in being critical of one of your own
To assume that means you are willing the club on to lose is a comment that lacks real foresight
I like you wish the team all the best in September

It was another sliding door moment game for me again.

Giving them a 40-point head start was horrible. I took a breath and thought to myself which door our team will chose, the one where they deliver a "brave" 30-point loss, or the door which pulls in the resolve, intent, and belief to turn it around, and win - even if u win ugly.

Then I thought about the transformation of our team and how we got 8 on the trot, and I thought we will win.

And so it was!

FINALS baby :)

It really was the most amazing thing up here today - 1700km from home but you wouldn't know it.

A Princes Park home game if ever there was one - wall to wall Navy Blue outnumbering the opposition easily 5-1!

The noise was incredible and the gusto and volume singing the song the second the siren sounded - up there with our best anywhere.
People I spoke to had come from all over SEQ: Hervey Bay, Beaudesert, Sunshine Coast.

Blues are out of the woodwork all across the country this year.

Was sitting right above all that last 5 minute crap on the Suns left forward flank - intense as all hell and it's taken all this time for the adrenalin to subside.

We have now stolen the mantle of close finish Champions - relish and enjoy the new found will to win folks.

Here's to you Moshe.
And to my old man who'd have loved this.
Finals!
A long time between drinks.
Cheers everyone.

So was I.
From where I was sitting it initially appeared that Anderson's shot was on target, thank heavens it just missed to the near side.

Heart in mouth stuff.

Do I need to mention perspective here.

Having won 8 in a row we were probably due, simply because we had been playing on the edge for many weeks again quality Oppo.
40 points down after 30mins in enemy territory.
GC are not the easy beats many think, having recently pantsed the Lions
2 goals down 18 into the last.

That was one gutsy, ugly win.

Sure was they were gone twice in that game.
It's so good after years of turning up their toes to actually show fight and will themselves over the line
