Surely it is the Blake Acres goal from the weekend.
Watching that on replay, that is a seriously good goal.

All 4 of our last qtr goals were breathtaking in their own way, but yep Acres' was pretty spesh.

Definitely has to be Acres' goal in the last quarter - it is only after you watch it on replay a few times that you realise just how good it is.

Evades 2 Saints players from a stoppage, dishes off, runs past, receives and then evades another 2 Saints players before kicking on the run from about 53m. :eek:

Impressive endurance for a guy that has just busted a gut up and down the wing in a high pressure game for 3.5 quarters!

I know that the 3 goals chosen this week were good, but I still can't believe Acres didn't get a nomination for AFL goal of the week.

What!!!! He didnt. FMD. Great footy goal.

I thought he would have. I took it for granted. Yeah the other goals were good but this is a complete footy goal that will be replayed....for a long time.
