WC have some kids who are going to be pretty good players, we can't give them a sniff. We must come out smoking, crush them early, destroy their confidence, and then keep the foot on the throat.

Every time Martin starts to get a good run of form he gets injured again. So frustrating

Would have preferred Fisher over Honey though. Honey hasn’t shown anything for a long time

Binns should be playing ahead of Honey but we've never had selection integrity before so nothing new there.

A lot of class going out of the side. This will hurt if the whips are cracking in the fourth

i'd go as far to say as he's never showed anything at any point.

I think Fisher's attitude frustrates coaches. everyone knows he has the talent, he just doesn't apply himself or go hard. honey has a go (he just isn't very good)

Apparently cripps is in doubt for the pies too. hasn't trained all week and the medos are deliberating whether to have his cork drained or not (the would be minimum 3-4wk injury).

just like last year - our team can't stay healthy and execute this balls to the wall, hunt ball way of playing.

4 weeks of returning to it, and there's barely anyone left. Carlton Ressies Vs west coast ressies lol

Martin out, calf I presume. We can't complain though, he's had a good run. What was it? Four games in a row?

The midfield will be interesting. With Hollands coming in, it would suggest Doc may go into the midfield to provide some leadership. Personally, I'd rather see Acres get the gig. Drafted as an inside mid, he's a decent replacement for Cripps/Kennedy. Big body, averages more contested possessions and clearances than Docherty. He has good hands, courage and runs straight lines.

Only (modern) Carlton could make a game against the bottom side with a percentage of 48 so damn stressful.
