i think it takes a few months of games to erase memories of insipid play and losing games for seemingly obvious reasons over and over again. TC is definitely Venting Carlton atm and for the foreseeable future!

i did my but and went on a ten-day silent meditation retreat over the GC game and bye period. seemed to reset the Blues as well! you all need to book a course so we have someone sitting a silent meditation retreat ten day course for every H&A and finals round for the rest of 2023. may all Blues supporters be happy!!

Well, I'm happy. With our ruck problems I felt this was a real danger game. Hawks can turn it on, they belted the Lions just a couple of weeks ago. So yes, I'm happy, the sun is out, the birds are chirping and Carlton won. A great finish to the weekend.

And Essendon* * lost with a kick after the siren

i could barely watch the second half as the PED Dons surged to the lead, twice. but it was all worth it to have them sunk with a long straight missile of a kick from 55m after final siren.

agree. had danger game written all over it. Voss was onto it calling Hawks “dangerous” in the mid-week presser. i’ll allow him some “nourishment” in the post-game presser this week.
