That was like a completely different team.
And, as distinct from WC, that is a good midfield.
I wonder how much of this was due to the weight of finals expectations being lifted.

Gerard Healy and Jason Dunstall are great commentators . They know the game inside out .

Umpires were spot on .

Jack Lukosius can play . Bailey Humphries is one hell of a tough kid .

And Tommy DK needs to wake up to himself . Everyone is blowing wind up his arse at the moment . He is tumbling into the flattery . It is false flattery . They will piss in his pocket till they get his signature . Thats all well and good till you have a bad day . The the coat tuggers will be the first to turn on you and stick the boots in . Think long turn Tom . You will never ever regret sticking to the great Club . Think about it son , all that glitters is not gold .

Anyhow , the game . Its amazing when you get first hand on the footy in the guts how good things happen . I don't think we did much different actually except we did them better . Its a fine line . Reckon Jack Martin in a couple of weeks has transformed our previously inept forward line . Gunners is the icing on top . And well done to Darcy Fogarty who has bided his time and rewarded us all with his endeavour . Good tough hard little footballer is Fogs .

Amazing how when a side is switched on how suddenly ball movement and use suddenly improves out of sight.

Today is like if your missus has been cheating on you for months. You know. She knows you know. And you get a great Sunday morning gobby with no promise that she won't just go back to cheating in a couple of weeks. So I'm just going to enjoy the afterglow.

Yeah nice win….

although this isn’t usually like me…i still feel
a bit meh…!

it’s like I’ve been in an upturned boat for 6 weeks…
today we were able to re-right the boat onto it’s
hull…which is great…but everything in the boat is
soaking and messy…!

it’s going to take some time to dry out and sort…
just hope there’s no mould…!

we won’t know for few weeks…!

kindest regards tommi

Nevertheless…well done lads…!

At the risk of being negative I thought Walsh's last 5 mins was poor. He seemed hellbent on kicking a goal for himself.

I notice Jimmy Bartel said something a few weeks back about how good teams play unselfish football and how Carlton aren't there yet.

Well Walsh as good as his game was could have probably set up 2 goals instead of trying to kick a goal for himself.

He should take a leaf out of Charlie's book. He's in the running for the Coleman again and had a set shot from 20m out but handballed to a teammate who was alone running towards goal. Unselfish.

good summary, i thought the leg speed of cunners and fog certainly helped

the players looked happy all game, which is a change

pitt was mostly unsighted to me, 4 years is too much

but everyone else seemed on top, aside from a few brain fades

it looks like they actually trained something different this week and it worked after quarter time

kemp needs to keep playing seniors

4am start time (uk) really stuffs up sleeping patterns
