Use to to get 10 or 12 pages pretty quickly after a loss like that - looks like it’s not just the players who don’t give a @#$%&! anymore

I hate that they've made me not care in the space of 12 months.

Had a 16yo daughter reinvested and obsessed, I loved going again, even the Melbourne and pies games last year, I still had fun with friends and kids who were passionate. It meant something.

It's not that we are losing. It's how we're losing. Meek, rudderless, make it us as you go along.

The coach doesn't give a shit to implement a compelling gameplan. The players don't give a shit to nail basic skills. And I don't give a shit anymore to bother going. It's just killed my will to bother...

And I go.

I went throughout pagan, through mick, through Bolton, teague...

It's just shit.

I think most of us tuned out emotionally a while back.

It was the WBD game for us. We still kinda watch but just don't have the investment.

I haven't been since the Lions game and not looking like I'll bother again this year.

When we were playing crap and winning at the start of the season I was thinking that it was a sign of a good side that you could play bad and still win.

How wrong was I.
This side is terrible

Cripps is the worst captain we have ever had

He has downed tools because...well because that is his MO

Again...went to pretty much every contest

DO you think he could take some initiative and take himself to FF and rearrange that fwd line a bit?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...he is a selfish p* who has NFI about empowering others

Ship him off to WA and get whatever we can. I will say it again, he is a cancer

Was offered a freebie tonight and turned it down. I can't see a time where I'll go to a Carlton game again.

Puts hand up.

Am over it all. We are insipid and stand for nothing. I can’t even get angry about this rubbish.

This is 2002 revisited. No one saw it coming (well maybe a couple). It's only the West Coast are a complete basket case and North are genuinely tanking that we won't end up adding to our wooden collection. The fact that hawthorn are about to sail past us speaks volumes. It comes down to one thing, because pound for pound you cannot tell me that they have better players. It is purely coaching or lack there of. Just @#$%&! him off now. He is clueless. He was clueless at Brisbane and nothing has changed. And take the "captain" with you. Ugh... this club

Suggest we all take Billy Mack’s advice - “Let’s get pissed and watch porn”.

For what it's worth:

Cerra, poor bloke, once again worked his ass off in the midfield with very little help.
Boyd, needs to stay in, you can see he has a great kick on him.
Kemp, keep playing him.
Young, never a fan, surprised me last year but true colors are now showing, deer in headlight stuff, that dropping the ball piece of play was embarrassing.
Acres, as I have stated several times, still not convinced. At the time I wanted Hunter instead of Acres.
Walsh, is it the lack of a preseason, an accumulator that has such poor execution
Cripps, he's busted up, everyone in the footy world knows how to play him. Unlike the other captain who struggled early you can't move him forward as his kicking is deflating on the team, you just can't hide him any where on a footy field. What's next?
McKay is not the smartest football player going around. lucky for him he's tall and can take a good mark.
Charlie wants to play on all the time regardless if he's on the wing and there are no team mates forward of the ball, do they show him the replays during the week????
Dow, will probably be the scapegoat and get dropped

I'm glad Voss is trying something, the quick movement, change of angles etc but we are at round 13 into his 2nd year. Scott is round 13 into year 1 and they have a system they can build on as we are still searching for some resemblance of a system.

Many are saying if we kicked straight early we would have probably won the game, many of our scoring shots in the second did not come from a good footy system, it was hazardous at best. In the last we did the same, controlled the footy in our 50 but with no system or composure it was more of hope and luck that would have made us score not a system.

I said before the season started, in order to improve from last year, McKay would have to improve his goal kicking (don't underestimate how deflating it can be on a fragile team when we miss easy goals) We needed to find another forward (besides Charlie) to kick at least 35+ goals and Durdin or another tall back to put pressure on the flaky Lewis Young. Unfortunately we have failed on all fronts. At the same time I didn't expect our inside mids, Kennedy, Cripps and Hewitt to drop off so much.

Over all we are a dumb football club playing dumb football.
