Interesting.
2 players (Martin and Cunningham) without full match fitness and Fogarty first game in the seniors in over a year.
I would've preferred to see Dow in and Cunningham as the sub based on fitness only, surely Dow is the sub though.
TDK must be having a run in defence.
Kennedy named on the wing is also interesting.

Good to see some changes have been made though.

Yes I wondered too of TDK is going to defense because we look very short for their forwards

Fogarty and Cunners can't be any worse than what the rest have dished up, try something different!

Not sure why it pisses me off so much that they are not giving Dow a go.
We won’t win too many games with Boyd and Cincotta and kemp in the same team there’s 15 games experience between them. I’d stick with kemp and Cincotta Boyd looks a bit off the pace currently.

De koning would have to play on casboult youd think. On expected output de koning wins this handsomley. Hopefully it doesn't turn ugly like the expected score has recently

When you are faced with 7 straight losses
A club on its knees
Coach who is coaching for his future
Crowds booing them when they leave the field
Spectators hurling fowl abuse
Talk back and media gunning for them
You don't just give a player a go.
Sorry Paddy you offer nothing we don't already have and are not going to be the difference we need. So you don't get your go.

Great news on Cuningham, it’s a testament to the hard work on his rehabilitation he’s put in since 2021 - hope he tears it up this weekend - his silky skills and smooth movement through traffic is just what we need.

Let’s see if he can break his personal record and play more than 4 games in a row.

The way Dow has been treated, is nothing short of DISGRACEFUL. Others like Kemp are also setup to fail. It really breaks my heart thinking how far we as a club have dropped in professionalism.

yes, i fully agree. while i do think dow has his faults, he had more tackles in a quarter than most had all game. he showed endeavour.

voss clearly doesnt like him and is lewtting others get away with mediocre efforts

in the normal workplace, this would be bullying....

I the egalitarian world, Cripps would be making way for Dow imo.

But this captain is important for us on field. I wouldn't drop Cripps.

Reminds me of Aust Cricket Capt Taylor who had a wretched run of 17 innings.
I hated Taylor in the team yet another would say he's the captain.
Taylor broke records after that.

Cripps at his best is more than one dimensional. He's Herculean. Nearly Kouta territory.
No doubt he's carrying his fair share plus some, just not showing results of late.

Don't write off a champion. I don't think he's 100%. Why would he admit it?
