100+ Loss.... We will not get the ball past the Centre for this one!

Nah, we will lose by 20-30 odd points again - that is how Voss' game plan works. The football equivalent of a stalemate.

Won’t get near them

Although, would prefer to lose with a modicum of flair

Instead of this turgid football that bores me to tears

Did Kennedy have the tracksuit on for a while? And then he came back on? That was weird. I'll assume he's available

Hollands, Newman, Hewett out injured. Cripps also possibly. Thanks injury gods, that was a nice 2 week reprieve you gave us there.

Cerra will get a week I'd reckon.

New look midfield against the Demons. The Dow believers will finally get their moment.

Melbourne by plenty

I’ll call it now, if it’s
Out: Hollands, Hewett, Newman, Cerra
It will be
In: Fogarty, Fisher, Cincotta, Ed Curnow

Dow is the story of the week. Will he won't he be selected? If he is selected, does he actually do anything?

Not that fussed on result as you'd think finals are over

Nah, we'll be competitive but lose fairly comfortably, like every game bar Adelaide.

I fear Hewett Kennedy Hollands Newman will all be out injured and Cerra (susp)

However, we couldn't get much worse

He’ll take Kennedy’s position at full back.

You have got to feel for Dow he is most likely going to be selected this week against arguably the best mid field in the comp.
When he lowers his colours everyone will say I told he was shit

Agreed.

I've been one of the people calling for him NOT to be selected. But if he gets called up this week, he gets a pass. Which is another reason why I think he shouldn't be selected this week. :P

It'd actually be a weak move by the match committee if they pick him this week. If you've changed your mind on him, bring him back against Essendon*. That's a fair fight.

We have nothing to lose against Melbourne, throw the magnets around a bit. Try guys like Saad, Durdin, Kemp and Charlie in the middle. Rest Cripps and Kennedy at FF, if they're fit to play. Bring in Fogarty and Fisher if you're desperate, but not Paddy. Not this week.

Always a reason other than 'Dow isn't up to it'
