Started well with Teague too, as well as BB's first year, and MM's first year.

Then we get to the 2nd year......then the 3rd and then coach is gone. This issue isn't all about coaching sadly otherwise we would have found ourselves going up the ladder by now. 85% of motivation comes from within. We don't have alot, even when we sit in the 8 it seems.

Answer is to change coaches every year...hahaha. Knew I had the answer.....lol.
