Michael Voss confirms Matthew Kennedy will be the sub for Carlton tomorrow night. Voss says he was frustrated Kennedy had to be “omitted” to be the sub.

Well, weak as piss Voss. Looking after his bulls. I'd say we have a fractured selection committee (based on the hope that at least some on the committee know something about the game). What is it about our club?

I think it maybe AFL rules he's complaining about.

Even that rule seems too stupid for the AFL...

OK...I get it now but surely they can come up with a better system. This is a bit misleading for the punters.

I think its just positioning from Voss, on behalf of the club. They want 23 Interchange bench. So do I.
After all, the club is paying for them AFLPA rates, play or not. AFL players today think they are superstars.
In the 80's & 90's they were local rockstars.

Don't worry about it.
imo Kennedy got squeezed out from an inside heavy support group for Cripps.
I don't know what to think, other than that.

We set up accordingly and see what Pitto can deliver to his midfield group against Bailey Williams.
This is a case of ruck vs Ruck for at least 80% game time. No 2 ruck contest. No doubt SOS will do a little IF Young does 30%.
I can't wait for our boys to find that important layer to get them in sync with the rucks.
Win that and that puts less pressure on Kemp & McGovern playing above their weight.

One week at a time. Lets get the 4 points plus some.
I will be much happier after a win, knowing Boyd, Owies and Cottrell aren't too far away.

Ngawww….

my late great uncle Stefanos called me Toma…!

Thoma is “Thomas” Bondy…I’m officially a…”Taxiarhis”…
which means….”Brigadier” in Greek…!

there are four “Taxiarhis” cousins in the family…and
the shortened version is…Tommy…makes it easier
here…!

having said that…a lot of 2nd and 3rd generation
kids are sticking with their traditional names these days…
which is nice…!

i would’ve gone with “Taxi” as a kid…if i had my way…!

kindest regards tommi

YOU know i don’t drink Bondy…so not tanked brother…!

sure I’m toasted though…!

I employed a DJ called "Taxi" in clubland in Melbourne in the 90's. Legend.
Like you tommi.

I look forward to meeting you. You're on my Bucket List.
Sorry but nest week, Jennifer Lopez trumps you.
I'm not attending her concert

Thats if he is fit Outback? This reeks of desperation to me. I hope he and Saad are truly fit.
My thoughts exactly. These selections reek of desperation. If we had of won the last two games then I have my doubts that Docherty and Saad would be playing. We obviously need some run. Let's hope it works.

Docherty’s knee is not right yet but his selection makes total sense: at this stage, he can only run in straight lines.
Voss picked him because then at least we’ll have 1 player who can’t stop, prop, turn or go backwards!

You didn't see him train to suggest that. Youre trying to freak us out.

Doc's moving freely according to someone I trust who watched him train.

As if they would risk Doc vs Weagles.

Go Blues.

Blues by 6-8 goals.

Hoping something clicks today and we win by a lot more.

Only match up that scares me is Kemp vs Darling.
I don't even like Gov on Darling either.
Darling is a big unit. Young can always come back to take Darling if needed.

Expecting 10 goals from Charlie Harry combo.
Mids to kick a few today too: Cerra Walsh Cripps Hewett Kennedy one each

Pressure on SOS too. Pressure everywhere TBH. Fish Honey Durdin need to get more involved

Why?

I havent seen anyone back Weagles other than WA Premier.

You hoping to say " I told you so".

What if Carlton beat the Eagles by 1 goal?
Is that a great effort for Carlton?
