Are you going to the game Keogh?
Please root for the Blues.

No
Busy and 2.5 hr drive not worth it
WC are a chance as is any team against us if they break even or win clearances and contested ball
Our midfield should win
Kelly and Gaff have to have monster games
Gibney is a really good young hard nut

Hoping something clicks today and we win by a lot more.

Only match up that scares me is Kemp vs Darling.
I don't even like Gov on Darling either.
Darling is a big unit. Young can always come back to take Darling if needed.

Expecting 10 goals from Charlie Harry combo.
Mids to kick a few today too: Cerra Walsh Cripps Hewett Kennedy one each

Pressure on SOS too. Pressure everywhere TBH. Fish Honey Durdin need to get more involved

I'd play Weitering on Darling. Young to Allen. Better match for size.
Kemp to Waterman.
I'd get Ed to tag Kelly although it looks like Docherty may play midfield (8 defenders named) which may make the tag difficult, having so many mids.

I'd put George on Darling

They are the best options for us.
If we can win that midfield battle and take pressure off our defenders.

I have a feeling we will see Young in the ruck.

For the record, Harry was working on his goal kicking one on one with Ash Hansen at the captains run yesterday. Majority drop punts and they were going through the big sticks.

Hopefully the same again tonight. As long as they’re goals, I don’t care how he kicks them.

Old news but Fev rehashed when he went to Teague back in 2021 to offer some goal kicking assistance to H and it was declined.
Like MPH78, I don't care how he kicks them as long as they go through but for them to go through consistently, he needs a routine.
Happy for him to do those snap/round the corner shots from close range but needs to know his limits and when to kick drop punt.

Voss picked him because then at least we’ll have 1 player who can’t stop, prop, turn or go backwards!

You didn't see him train to suggest that. Youre trying to freak us out.

Doc's moving freely according to someone I trust who watched him train.

As if they would risk Doc vs Weagles.

Go Blues.

It was totally a joke… based on all the times we built up momentum with the ball only for the ball carrier to stop, prop or go backwards. The Docherty knee part was just the setup for the (apparently bad) joke :-)

That's allright, I thought you were joking.

I knew someone would pick it up and run with it to typically bag Russell, Voss and the club.

i'M PACING WITH EXCITEMENT. oops font size

Presure to win and opposition shouldn't trouble us too much.

I'm expecting 4 quarters and the bulls to go to work

Walsh for BOG
Weitering to be jumping for joy he's being looked after and marking everything his way.
The big dogs to kick bags.

Looking forward to unleash Kennedy. I'm guessing Ed will make way for him during the 2nd half.

I hope you a right BB, unfortunately I have finally succumbed to the loses and poor game style we have played this year. I have always looked forward to game day however I just feel so flat with this team at the moment. I'm sure I will be totally focused and full of energy and excitement by the time they run out. I just expect a 10 point win, ugly footy and a fight all the way. Off course I hope we win well and I am wrong on all fronts.

During the Pagan, Malthouse and Bolton days I have managed to remain positive. Looking for the youth to come through, watching most reserve games and expecting to get better. Yes we have improved and so we should have - we have 2 Coleman medal winners, a Brownlow medalist and Walsh. I suppose I just expected better. Injuries have not helped and unlike last year I reckon we will play our best footy towards the end of this year.

I love this club but they have almost broken me.
