Have to give some credit to Adelaide for their start. So do we give credit to Carlton for qtrs 2 and 3? The heat/intensity/pressure etc. was on in the first quarter. Adel played well. We were embarrassing...and on the big stage, we failed BIG TIME Enough venting from me on this thread I've been told |

1) We got ourselves back in the game through 2nd, 3rd and 10 mins into the last qtrs. Got to 18 pts with an opportunity to narrow the gap to 2 goals. Need to assert ourselves from the start. 2) Hollands, Walsh, Newman and Cerra. Thought Harry was good to apart from that shocker shot at goal. 3) Good fodder for Voss to whack these guys into gear. Ideally, they will feel so exposed, they do it for themselves. 4) Good to play a big game like that against a manic opponent - shows us where we need to be at a minimum (Crows pressure rating in 1st Qtr was >200!! 5) Sets up a great test of our ball movement next week against the Saints.
