I’ll admit it, I’m nervous. I hope the occasion gets to Adelaide and not us.

Any pre game supporters functions in Adelaide today??

Where do blues fans normally gather before games in Adelaide? Cathedral Hotel?

Would like to know as well...

There's a Carlton in business lunch from 3-5pm.

Otherwise Elder park (where they've set up all the Gather Round stalls) at around 5-ish looks like a decent spot for a TC meet-up for whoever's keen.

I have no idea how tonight will pan out. But let me quote a true blue.

I posted this a week ago…

Three best mids - 40%.
Four best mids - 58%.
Five best mids - 62.5%.

Out five best mids have only played together 8 times out of 26 games and in some of those one got injured.

We’ve been winning ugly but trying to hold all five of our guys won’t be easy and if we control the middle it’ll take pressure off the defence.

If Kennedy and Walsh are fully fit we’re a very different side to when we only had three.

Blues by 279 points.
What's the period for these stats?

Since when has Adelaide become good - overnight.

I hope we are not lazy and run run run. Thats when we play our best footy.

My concern is not Adelaide, rather Adelaide Oval.
Either way, their tails are up, they're headlining a massive round for SA and they will come out firing.
IMO it's their game to lose, we are the underdogs.
We need to come out strong and sit them on their butts and silence the crowd.
Hard accountable footy for 4 quarters should get the job done.

I like that all the hype is around Adelaide.
I think we’re still better when we’re hunting rather than when we go in as favourites.
I agree our mids need to lift but so far, we’ve seen a new string to our bow in every game. This time, hopefully, it’s the mids turn to shine.

I might be getting ahead of myself with those three massive ins, but I’m expecting a 10-15 goal win this week.

Doc is a big loss, but we can compensate with the extra runners in transition and maybe, just maybe, force a few turnovers forward of centre.

There’s just no way Rankine & Rachele are getting off 10 shots a game against us.

Good guys by 85.

I actually hope we control possession & just grind the opposition down. I'd be happy if we kept them to 9 goals & we won by 10 points.

To all TCers getting along, well done, have a blast, & make lots & lots of noise

They're a bogie team... we're yet to win at AO... and we haven't been playing all that well

Expecting the worst... hoping for the best tonight
