Haven't checked myself but someone told me we lost every game Kennedy missed in 2022.

All losses
Dockers magpies twice Dee's Lions

We also lost games he played in

Hewett missed 3 of those too?
I was going to look for that
But he is no certainty to play this week

We also lost all the matches that Ed missed last year, and we’ve won all the matches he played in this year and last!

We have a real opportunity this week to prove we are finals contenders early in the season by showing 4 quarters of effort, knowing when and when to stop our defensive game and how to keep the pressure on all the way to the very end.
And I hope Voss is telling the boys before every game that every goal conceded and every shot on goal missed may cost us at the end of the season, again.

So who will be the sub? LOB again or does he need 4 quarters in the vfl? Plow in case Toby threatens to rip the game from us? Or one of the others?

I reckon it will be Dow.

LOB has been sub 2 games in a row, but then again played 1 Qtr in AFL and 3 Qtrs in the VFL.

There's a reason why Voss has Cowan ahead of Plowman.

I think people see last weeks stats and see 25 disposals for Plow and think he was a stand out. He was OK

LOB played 4 quarters (1 x AFL and 3 x VFL) last week, so he shouldn’t be short of a gallop. If there’s no late changes, my money is on him being sub again.

Didn't realise Dow played some VFL last week. If that's the case, then he will likely be the sub again. Probably the only one of the 4 capable of giving us run and carry.

LOB

Good chance - Highly likely

Makes sense. He's in good form. He's the player who could replace an injured wing man, others couldnt.

I was hoping Dow in the last quarter as the inside mid in the form he's in could be an eye opener.

Its friggin raining hard here in the Eastern Suburbs (beaches), for an hour now. Must be worse nearer to the Blue Mtns at Homebush.
FMD. Ive got all these people from staying the weekend who were keen for the 2 games today and watching the youngest's game tomorrow at Manly. They're all happy swimming in the warm pool but losing interest in standing in the rain. Conundrum.

Been no rain here in Sutherland Shire today, was quite sunny earlier. BOM showing 0-2mm on the hourly forecast for Homebush vs. 3-4mm for Bondi. Last two days have been sunny. I don't think conditions will be too soggy, but Syd would have more localised knowledge.

I am watching the races and it looks pretty crappy weather wise.
I know Homebush is a bit of distance away from Sydney.

Yep.

There's also a puff piece on Adam Cerra in The Age, so watch him get 3 possies all game or go off injured in the first 2 mins.
