I would normally say Honey would be a good replacement for Fish, but he got no game time yesterday. Annoying.

I looked at the stats today and realised Fish played.

Terrible game. Durdin will replace him if he is fit.

I'd go with

B: Docherty Young McGovern
HB: Cowan Weitering Saad
C: Acres Cripps O'Brien
HF: Martin McKay Durdin
F: Curnow TDK Motlop
Foll: Pittonet Hewett Cerra
Int: Kennedy Newman Honey Hollands (Dow)

Looks good except I'd make sure Ed is in over Honey or Martin.
It may slow us down a bit, but good positioning like he did last night in the second half will offset that.
And I'd keep Owies in over Martin based on last nights game anyway, Martin had a stinker.
I know I will get slaughtered for saying this but if we think we can win this then I'd add Plowman over Cowan.
I didn't like adding two kids last night and especially not two weeks in a row unless we are assuming we won't win anyway and blooding them in now is a good opportunity.

Which is why I said yesterday it was ridiculous the VFL praccy game was played yesterday before the AFL game.
Far more logical to have played it today so Honey could have gotten a run.

Game or no game , get him in . We need a point of difference and Honey provides that . Plus he has a bit of shit in him which we sadly lack alround .

Hollands to run with Isaac Smith all day and learn as much as he can - that's who we need him to emulate.

Who comes in if Cowan can't (yet) run out a hot game? hint: the answer isn't Plowman

Yeah I remember you saying that rhino. Annoying. Durdin or Honey would be the logical ins for fish but both short of a gallop.

I guess the AFL wanted the game at punt Rd before the main game, which I can sort of understand. But from a playing stocks point of view it ain't ideal.

Sick of the same medium / small forwards . Just keep rotating new players through there until something clicks . Kemp , Honey , Dow rotating with Kennedy , anything .

If we go -20 inside 50s again it will get ugly.

Dow 4 goals and dominated - are we sure he can't be a mid rotating forward?
Gotta be a better option than Owies? and if we are rewarding effort must be a better option than Martin or Zac - although happy to give Zac a second chance...
For me:
In: Dow (& plow if Cow injured), Durdin
Out: Owies Martin (Cow (if injured)

Interested on where people stand with LOB, Acres and Ollie...

Hawkins back and looking comfortable. Sam De Koning not looking so good though.
Hopefully Stewart misses

Was just about to post that.
I think Stewart has been subbed off.

He has.
I know it's a brand new game next week but reckon we'd need another 10 to get injured for us to be a chance.
