About right. We are an 8-12 team.

We may sneak in to the 8 this year and get smashed in a final, I would say that's about this sides ceiling.

Vossy, on exposed form this season, despite some reasonable results, you have showed no evidence to try a different system and game plan. Its been stagnant, despite generally going OK with some KPI areas, the effectiveness of said game plan have been exposed by opposition teams - especially against the crows and St Kilda.

Will u at least try to instill different game plans from here on in and/or be more proactive during games to create different methods/systems from the playing group to get more consistent ascendancy and get control of games?
