how do yu set up a team after a week of press misery to come out and kick 3 points for a quarter. you made some good moves at half time, what took you so long?

what posessed you to have ed curnow as sub? he is slow, not a great kick and is past his prime. why not try a developing kid?

Good assistants.

We had one of them as senior coach but gave him the arse.

Good assistants is important. I'm not as fussed if Vossy isn't great tactically as long as he ticks other boxes - good manager of people, able to build and maintain relationships, recognises his short comings and willing to listen to those who can help him with those shortcomings.
To do that, we need better assistants who are more tactically sound than what we currently have. Just like our midfield, seems to be too much of a "sameness" amongst our assitants.

I thought he objective was to confuse the opposition players, not your own?

We must've gone shopping for good assistants at Half Time

They arrived a bit late but were obviously paid a "per minute" rate and we couldn't afford their services for the last 7 minutes

Why do our players look and play so confused and lack confidence?

Eg Voss and assistants can't agree and players are getting mixed messages.
