I can't find a thread on this which is a little surprising given the number of pods available on Carlton. I'm interested in which ones people enjoy and perhaps might not be a fan of. Can include youtube channels also.

Blue Abroad - haven't really warmed to this one, perhaps a bit self-indulgent. Not on his own there

PommyinOz - youtuber, seems big hearted but another that likes the sound of his own voice a bit too much. Do enjoy his analysis though.

The Ian Prendercast - My personal favourite, enjoy all 3 guys, good mix of humour and analysis

Navy Blue Corner - Don't mind it, only just started listening, will give it some time. Don't like that they have merchandise promoting themselves though

The Blues Footy Podcast - Close second to Ian Prendercast, enjoy their views and passion, loses points because one of them loves Melb Victory :)

Carlton Live Podcast - Haven't listened (that I can recall)

The Carlton Wrap - see above

2 Passionate Bluebaggers - just listened for first time, sound quality aside I enjoyed this one and will give it another go

The Carlton Show - seems to be retired now, used to listen but can't handle Andy Maher

I know I've missed heaps, feel free to add and review.

I enjoy the blue abroad, mainly for fan cams after a win or a loss. It's a bit like coming on here, celebration or therapy among friends. tommi put me onto it in 2021, then I went along to the 22 season launch, where I met Terry - & he's a really good guy.

I don't follow any others, just too much to keep up with.

I was a fan of the Carlton Show - maybe it's my age but I relate to those guys more than the younger crew - also reckon I played against them during school footy and Marcellin rarely beat us so there's that!

Predercast is my go to these days - I like that it's not all footy but there's enough footy to make it a footy podcast - good for airports and flights.

My Blue Heaven only after we win

I subscribe to Blue Abroad in support of fellow Carltonian.
I’m not sure my subscription worked coz My credit card hasn’t been clipped.

I know from people who know Terry he’s a great guy and I believe it but I’m A bit shitty with him how he doesn’t engage TC Carltonians after his initial promotion post on TC. It didn’t reflect on his desired reach to all Carltonians.

I love pommy. His analysis is unique as he draws on other codes to make his perceptions much clearer. I’m a bit shitty with him for same reason.

I dont slag BF or any podcasts coz I love loyal Carltonians…all of them…even keogh and I have my faves I like to follow, including most of ex TCers but I don’t appreciate the slagging of TC by the exes, especially those who don’t like a navy blue screen. Everything looks good in navy blue. In fact I prefer the TC navy blue screen more than a white background, but I dont slag it off.

I joined BF same day I joined TC but don’t post on BF to avoid more time spent engrossed in posts and responses… and I’m a man of leisure.

Yeah….

i watch BA…don’t mind Terry…it’s a bit younger sure…
but that’s not an issue…!

and yup…Pom’s game breakdown is good…he puts
in some effort…can’t complain about that…!

i watch a couple of other bits here and there…but
BA has plenty of content…!

The Almost Blues Brothers aren’t too bad…not a fan of
The Jumper Punch…it’s a bit too loose and silly…!

i like that bald guy who goes to training…forgot his
name…!

kindest regards tommi

and as Cee Kay said…the Fan cams are good for after
the games…win or lose…!

My favourite is Blue Abroad. From the first minute I watched,
my cousin who knew Terry put me onto him.

I’m lucky I’m part of a big Carlton family and there’s info flying everywhere such is the passion.

I was reminded at last Saturdays wedding at Leonda I’m the instigator for 95% of the fam in a direct or indirect way. I can’t believe there’s 2 Lions fans I didn’t do a good job on. The other Lion was Fitzroy.

The Iggy Pop of the Carlton world in the way he cuts himself on stage. We feel his pain and sometimes he reflects our pain…a couple times.

Pommys game sense is considered pretty accurate and insightful amongst a few fans I know

Yeah I forgot My Blue Heaven.

Pommy is good, don't like that he's mates with the little hobbit that supports Collingwood though.

Cee Kay just reminded me about that interesting
stat Pom had last night…when we’ve played
Hewitt…Kennedy…and an interceptor….?

we’ve been 7-1…interesting…!

i like that…!

kindest regards tommi

I've listened to a fair bit of Navy Blue Corner. The main presenter puts a lot of thought into it, the other guy seems a little less prepared and tends to say "100%" a lot, but it's a decent listen. I will give IP a try. Good thread I thought I'd started one like it but maybe I just tacked the question into a general media thread.

Carlton Project is another one, I'm not familiar with it.

The worst social media related person is "Carlton news and stats" on Twitter.

Rude prick.
