Gather Round makes it 23 games (six twice) this year?

Give us Collingwood, Essendon*, Richmond, Hawthorn, Melbourne & Norf.

Cheers.

Interstate night games every other week in April.

Early season pressure for AR’s budget.

Only play 2 off the bottom 6 twice but play 2 of the top 4 twice. I thought this shit was supposed to even out.

I agree. And if we can win three games in September, it will be even better

On face value seems OK. Of the 6 teams we play twice, we lost to 4 of them last year. Glad we don't have the nasty finish to the year we had this year. If we're good enough, it doesn't matter.

So Collingwood, Melbourne, St Kilda, Gold Coast, West Coast and GWS twice?

Doesn’t seem too bad.

Happy enough with the draw except a few more 6 day breaks than I would have liked. Rd 11 vs the Swans in Sydney after a 5 day break will be tough.
We get an extra days break more than the Crows for gather round so can't complain I guess. Still it would have been nice to get the Hawks and North twice.

Play a lot of teams that travel the week before.

Loads of prime time.

I think we have finally been looked after

Finals should have been assured this season...

Looking at the 14 rounds scheduled so far for next year conservatively Im saying at least 10 wins.

2023, absolutely, positively nothing but finals can be accepted. Should realistically looking to finishing close to if not the top 4.....

I think it's OK all round. Obv can't tell who's gonna rise/fall at this stage.

Good to avoid the GABBA. We always seem to do WA x2 so no real issue there.

I noticed the Essendon* game is Sunday night which I assume is before King's Birthday. Is that a new slot or have I just not paid attention?!

The finish is better than this season.
We only play interstate once in the last 7 weeks.
