Those last two games might really light a fire in the team, they come out next year breathing fire determined to make every post a winner. Then again, losing the last four games and managing to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory two games in a row, with a finals spot on the line, might have a detrimental effect. We'll know soon enough next year. |

Tigers bombed out first week of finals 3 years in a row... and where did that get them? Bulldogs lost an elimination final in 2015 and won the flag in 2016... from 7th What's with the defeatist/emo attitude with Carlton fans? I know we've been shit for so long but fmd... it's finals |

Had a family wedding last night. The amount of times I had to have ‘the Carlton conversation’ was brutal. This is our lot until we next play finals. I’m not feeling any better yet, actually it’s worse. The opportunity we’ve thrown away…….broken my heart. |

Teddy Jnr came around for a visit and brought his best friend with him who was smugly wearing his Melbourne scarf. After asking him why he wasn't at the snow in his Range Rover, he was reminded that I had seen seen 8 CFC premierships. We have played in and won some of the best GF in history eg '70 & '72. We still have our history. Many clubs don't have that. Our time will come again. |

Our history is all we've had for 27 years Teddy. We've won 1 flag in the AFL and have been irrelevant. Until that changes I reckon we bide our time. That said Melbourne supporters shit me to tears. Didn't see or hear from any of them for the first 43yrs of my life. |

My biggest plus of the season (apart from cerra & hewwit, (and of course Cripps as always) ,was finding how to get value from McGovern. He looked lost up forward. In the backline he looks invaluable. Kind of makes up a bit for losing Jones. |

The main thing that has helped me to move from devastion to disappointment on how our season ended, is seeing Richmond and Bulldog's supporters see their season end in the first week of finals. Here's hoping the Freo Dockers end Collingwood's season this weekend! |

Very happy supporter. Lot of bad habits and cultural issues needed to be sorted out. I think Sayers, Cokk, Voss and Co have really set the platform for a successful future. Our defensive side improved dramatically and our game style at it's best could match anyone We now need to get fitter and tougher and have a decnt run with injuries. If the players have a big pre season and work on connection and effort we are in atop 4 side in 2023. No doubt Add Acres and some draftees and our list looks great |
