No Williamson now, but can the AFL play an umpire who isn't named as an emergency?

Crippa will have to be extra cautious this week. Not only will they hardly pay him anything and pay everything against him, but they will also be ready to pounce on any minor indiscretion. I normally feel for him but this week even more so.

In other words business as usual …

Yeah , what's changed .

If the ground is wet and heavy, it’s ideal for JSOS or Stocker to play on ball

You've all missed the point. Previously he never received any protection and that won't change but I'd be wary tonight about the little things. Crippa is going to get extra attention on anything minor ie. looking at the umpires the wrong way will a be 50's against him. Hope I'm wrong.

Can't have JSoS on ball - second ruck and third forward tonight. Stocker will go back to try and release Saad. He has been dragged back deep and not only doesn't have a f@#$ing clue how to defend deep but is also hurting us on the offensive. I'm sure they will try to take him deep but this is where we need to work as a team and have Stocker switch as needed. It's not science, it's just working as a team.

If true thats disappointing of course, but, it gives an opportunity for someone to step up and make an impact. The big question of course is, will they?

Regardless, we shouldn't be relying on one, two, three... players to get us over the line. It should be a collective team effort. Hard to do consistently, but thats the next step for us.

FMD we have had a ridiculously bad run this year! Surely it can't get any worse, so hopefully next year we are the ones that are kissed on the dick.

No Cerra, Hewett or Kennedy yet Dow still can't get a game. Fair to say his Carlton career is over and we'll look to trade him.
