Plowman? He seems to be our Mr. Fixit for talls or smalls.

We’ll prob have plan A, B & C for Fyfe. He is still a champ and could be due.
Was it Newman who shut down Stringer?

How many plans do Fremantle have for Cripps?

We actually have more guns that they need to worry about - Cripps, Walsh, Harry, Charlie, not to mention our attacking half backs.
But their superpower has been their team system and team defence.
We are getting better at that too.
Their best asset at the moment is the coach who I think is very very good.
(Oh, and Brayshaw goes alright too).

If we can keep Brayshaw quiet, and find a way through their defence, we will be in a v good position.

Brayshaw needs a tag or it could be 3 weeks straight we get carved up in the middle.
I hope we bring in another mid this week if Cerra is still out.
As per last week.......Setters, Dow or Hayes.
Or something left field.........like Cotts or even Fish (he was too small for Prestia)/Durdin this week on Brayshaw.
Just something different from the last 2 games, pls.

That’s a good start but not sufficient.
We need to be able to penetrate Freo’s defence or we will just watch it fly back over our heads even after winning it at the source.

Pitto was maimed by Darcy vs Freo this year and we got beaten on the inside.
I hope our guns can turn the tables on their last performance.

Brayshaw runs all day. He was a pick 2 or something because he had skills and an engine, Durdin didn't.

Durdin was selected for a small forward role. I haven't seen anything that would suggest Durdin can run 50% of game with Brayshaw, let alone a whole game.

Durdin aint no Franchina, or Matty Hogg. On the flipside everyone has to start somewhere, but this weekend is no time to be developing the tagging craft on a supreme athlete.

Didn't Pitto get injured early?

Imagine what Darcy will do to TDK or JSOS then. Get ready for it.

Yep, all our significant injuries occur within 10 mins of the start of a game

Heard Michael Walters may not play - not sure why, but Taberner and Henry travelled with the team.

I'm not doubting Brayshaws ability that's why I suggested Fish/Durdin.
Durdin has been playing a down the ground defensive role all season on top of his small fwd role.
Last week he spent 43% of his time in the defensive half, he's averaging 12 pressure acts a game and 2.4 tackles.
While they are not elite numbers I think with a 1/2 combo with Fish they could cover him.
Either way, if we don't stop Brayshaw we may well be in the same position of the last 2 weeks.

Yeah, I saw that. I still reckon that Taberner mightn't play, but has been brought to keep Voss guessing.

Luke Ryan has been sick with the flu also, but expected to play.

Either way, I am happy for them to bring some underdone players into the match. It would be nice for us to benefit for once!

Can I quote myself? I will try.

Had to press GO on that quick as had a teams call coming in... anyhow, point being, and I am sure I will put the mozzer on us given I thought we'd beat Richmond but my point is a bit unsettled is a good thing for us... granted we are unsettled too.

Hahaha. Just noticed that!

I quoted it from an article and I am pretty sure they said Liam.... :donk:

Ah well, we have Lachie Young playing for us, so should be all good.

I feel sorry for Young. Virtually all the commentators call him Lachie. Pretty fkn rude and disrespectful given he's played plenty of games now. Also rude to Plowman I reckon.

It's the long sleeves that confuse the likes of Derwayne and BT
