I catch up with Michael quite regularly in Darwin (St Mary's Club).
I regularly tell him it was touched! ( His alleged goal that SOS touched) The only other issue of contention is my refusal to return his Essendon** footy socks that he wore in a final and later wore on my boat when we went to Melville Island fishing for a weekend. It was not the 1993 grand final as I would have burnt those. I am sure he said it was the 1999 prelim, but when I refused to give them back he denied telling me it was 1999. I think he is only feigning his annoyance as he really wants to forget about the '99 prelim. I just want to forget the GF against North! (And the socks are still in my sock drawer 22 years later!)
