Hewitt is an automatic selection if available, probably for Newnes? I thought Newnes did OK but it’s hard to see who else to drop (assuming there’s no unexpected injuries or illness before next Sunday!).

Carroll and Setterfield are probably competing for the same spot. If Setterfield is available he may need to come back via the VFL because you couldn’t drop Carroll after such a solid debut.

Dow as medical sub? I can’t see how he gets into the 22 unless we change the structure and play an extra mid and drop Durdin or Owies? I can’t see that happening and I think Fisher & LOB did enough tonight.

They just need to pick a moment and play the guy. Right now you would simply omit Kennedy, play Dow, and see if anything is gained or lost. Adelaide is a good side to do it against. Dow has been in fine form in the reserves and Kennedy hasn't really been noteworthy or influential since round 3.

What about Larkey and their other tripper?

I like Dow but no way could he play in front of Kennedy

I reckon Kennedy would with his performances this year and to a lesser extent last year be hot property for other teams if we don’t give him a deal for the next couple of years
