Elani should be sent to the SANFL

Real shame to see Stocker get hurt but great bump.

TDK will be a superstar

Great second half for a change

That person had a very very bad umpiring performance. Imagine being a side like norf getting stuck with that person every second game.

Also, getting greedy - we need to get ruthless with cauliflower like these. They've lorded it over us this entire century and we should kick their teeth in when we have them in the gutter.

Did what we needed, so happy with that.

2nd half we did what a good side should.

Yep, much better second half. Did what we had to. Slightly disappointed we didn’t fully cash in but will take it.

Plenty to improve still but very happy to be 5-2. Good platform to build from. In our hands.

Saad was fantastic. As was H and Cripps.

Good win. Last 10 min or so was a bit flat. Could've and should've kicked another 2 or 3. Some poor kicking for from Charlie and Cripps but good win.

Great win. I really hate norf so to kick 'em while they are down is nice. The umpiring was horrible and Eleni is the worst. How can she obstruct a player leading to a turnover and the other dumb f#$( umpires not call a ball up? I hope Stocker is not out for long he was good tonight. I can't really point at any one player tonight and say they had a bad game. Well done lads! I hope it continues.

Wouldn't be bagging Eleni for that Lucky . It was a shit kick .

What a great day - I got to watch both games in person and we won both handsomely. The best part was how we got things back on track in the midfield after halftime tonight. We had some important players out, we’d lost the ascendency against a team that has had the wood over us, yet we came out after halftime and took the game away from them.

It’s tempting to say “it’s only North” but I reckon it was a significant win.

Agree.
Also a nice debut from Carroll.

Apart from that , it was great to beat a team that has had the wood on us for far too long . Another step in the right direction . Baby steps for mine . Slowly but surely the wheel is turning .

Just got back from the game - so much to like
Continued pressure all over the ground
Big hits
Hard to spot a player that didn’t put in.
Saad, Cripps, H
Pedantic frustration is the last quarter stuff around kick to clogged leads on severe angles. And whilst we press up hard if they ever get through their goals are easy….
But so good to be able to relax and enjoy!

Im glad a couple of u have made mention of Eleni. She had a horrific umpiring game. Just horrendous. Im all for equal opportunity and all that, but if ur going to give a woman a go at umpiring at the top level, then FFS, make sure they have earnt it and actually know how to umpire!

Superb games from Saad, Docherty, Weitering, Kennedy, Walsh , Cripps (although I thought his impact wasnt huge, but maybe thats a good thing as others lifted), Harry (the best contested mark in the AFL IMO). Very solid debut from Jack Carroll -please keep him in. I'll give a special mention to Jack Martin as that was his most impactful game that I've seen him play. Most importantly, he made a contribution in each qrtr and that is something which we haven't really seen, or at least consistently. He has so much more improvement in him too so lets hope this is the start of something special. Devastated Stocker got injured, but I LOVED that bump he did. The kid has mongrel and is hard at it, Bring it On!
