With the personal we had tonight and the opposition that was our worst effort in the last 2 seasons. We are either being smashed by Covid and the players don’t know, or we read the copious amount of press re the second coming of Jesus. Out worked Out muscled I’m not sure we had a single player win their position. |

The key to see if we have improved is now we rebound. In the past rebounding wasn't big at this club. |

Greatest disappointment about today is I was really hoping we could be the first club to go through an entire season undefeated. Will have to be next year. |

Didn’t have a competitive ruck. Killed in hit outs and clearances. Those midfielders Miller and Anderson are top notch and had first use. Cripps out early and our midfielders lackluster. Kennedy must have been u well or something Also the “weekend on the Gold Coast boys” factor, “we should win this easily after our last 3 weeks”. We are way too good” Er maybe not… |

Witts has had a field day against us in recent times and today was no different. Without Pitto the job was even easier. Game over. |

Pros: I had Witts in my supercoach team Cons: I had Crippa as captain |

THUD! That was simply not up to standard. In all facets. That was bad Carlton. Would’ve taken 3-1 at the start of the year in a heartbeat. But hard not to feel utterly devastated with that tonight. Any respect we might have built this year has just disappeared. We were just awful for large parts of that game. Midfield smashed when it counted. Big ask of TDK but he got obliterated. Did we put any time in to Miller at all? Too many players that make my blood boil. LOB Newman Plowman Setterfield. Too many players we need more from. Martin Fisher Cerra Owies Fogarty McKay Curnow. Very few winners on the night with many having mares. WTF was that tonight Kennedy? All about the response now. Took major steps back tonight. Will be watching how Vossy deals with this first major disappointment very closely. |

I don't know what was worse. Underwood's commentary or Keogh using the word 'your' when he meant 'you're' in the match thread. ![]() |

C’est la vie. Onward to next week. Pittonet being out next week is going to be an issue. Lazy midfielders didn’t help. Obviously hoping it was just going to happen. |
