Great to see Martin not in the starting 22
I thought his first 3 quarters against Richmond were shit
Overrated
So earn your spot
Boyd’s form in the magoos has meant he has ear t his spot
This selection philosophy has been sadly missing over the last 20 years

Should win today , so for me it is all about our mindset. If we get the chance to step on there throat are we going to do it , or are we just going to settle for a win. If we are to play finals and not just make up the numbers this is what we need to do. Having said that if we don’t turn up the Hawks will take great pleasure in giving us another defeat, as they have done in the past, so come prepared boys. GO BLUES.

Game Day TCers.
Let it rip ... the lid off that is.

Huge repercussions from today's result.
2 young, undefeated teams staking their claim on the 2022 season.

I'm either over confident, punch drunk from past outings against Hawks or feeling realistically superior than the Hawks
I can see us winning each quarter by a goal. That equates to 24 points.
Therefore, 48 point win.

Our midfield beat theirs last year when Tom Mitchell had 44 possessions, O'Meara 11 Tackles.
We have added midfielders Kennedy, Cerra, Hewett, OBrien and Fisher to Cripps and Walsh for today's match up.

Carlton 2022 is an upgrade on Carlton 2021, so time to show our ruthless side:
Murphy, Betts, Fogarty, Gibbons, Ed, Cottrell have been replaced.

Missing Jones, Stocker and Saad from our 2021 backline, and replaced with Young, Boyd and Newman

We will win it in the midfield.
Durdin Fisher and Owies to put heaps of pressure on their running backs
Harry and Charlie kick goals
Weitering and Docherty organise the backline

Gives us the David Parkin Cup now!!!

High hopes for Young. With Big Ben out I am happy we can hold their tall forwards.

If Pit, Cripps, Cere, Kennedy, Walsh and Hewett can’t handle their lot then we might as well give it away.

SOS to make Sicily accountable.

Put me down as a nervous Nellie for this one. It has a round 4 2012 kind of vibe about it…

Hawks drugged up and half our side injured by quarter time, then appoint malthouse coach for 2023?

Feeling nervous also - but we should win on paper. Depends on the attitude (as always...)

Harry needs to get off the angry pills... giving away soft frees allowing the Hawks to clear their defence
