The bombing into and inside the F50 is extremely hard to watch.
It would be nice to see some more angles and patience with ball.

3/4 time Carlton 8 12 60 Saints 6 9 45
Much better that quarter. We hunted the contested ball
Cerra kicked a couple JSOS and Kemp looked good up forward.
McGovern looks comfortable in the backline

Saints have the “gale” blowing towards their end in the last.

Is there a strong wind? Seems to be goals being scored at one end only pretty much.

On TV can’t even notice any breeze, maybe anyone at the ground can comment?

Yes, when he landed seemed to clutch his knee. Jogged straight off

Knee went under him in marking contest after an awkward kick from Silvagni, he grabbed it at straight away and then jogged/hobbled straight off.

Seems to be ok after some treatment on the boundary line

Did he return to the field?

There was probably 3-4 mins to go in the game when the incident happened, so no he didn't.

Club message was 'he was fine and they were taking no risks'.

So I imagine we'll hear something terrible mid next week.

Yeah, it happened with a couple of minutes to go. He jogged off to have it checked. He didn’t look distressed after the game, for what it’s worth.

Please by absolutely nothing with Charlie... the footy gods have surely had enough of using us as their play thing

We won by 7 points, but what was weird was we led by 6 points with about five minutes remaining and Kayo added a point to our score randomly. They may have been correcting a missed score earlier in the game, or someone pushed the wrong button. Anyway, who cares.

It took a drawn result out of the equation so it actually made the last few minutes somewhat less exciting…
