Juddy!
Sammy Walsh.
Eddie stint #1.
Murphy up until 25.
Who didn't love Kouta!?
Liked Brad Fisher.
Who was the other bloke who sunk the bombers one day? Under sized small forward.
Left fied but I rated Karl Norman.
Digby took some clunks for us.

Strange that a pudgy 14 year old Jewish kid should love a Lebbo so much, but I flower adored that guy.

Went and got 13 on my jumper and all.

Agreed - he was such a great player. Hard, tough, fast and good skills. Surprisingly good overhead too.

I even named myself after him!

Ragsy Goold - never been a player like him. I adored him as a kid, spent hours trying to kick the football the way he did.

Yep, Jezza. Maybe my childhood and teenage goggles have blurred things but I have never seen any player at any club do the things he did week in week out. A freak.

If you are talking battlers who gave there all i think of Phil Pinnell . Skinny bag of bones who cut it with bigger and stronger opponents . The ultimate trier was Phil .

The best player to wear 43 - Swan McKay

I know Kouta was good. However, David was the KP who could play at either end. Should have won a norm smith. Sadly pretty crook at the moment.

So many great players.

Eddie Betts and Wayne Harmes are just too hard to seperate. Exciting, explosive and a joy to watch.

I love Kouta. Love him.
But I would not have Kouta ahead of Swan McKay.
Different players, and both could swing a game.

McKay best mark I've ever seen at Carlton... he's etched in my mind....yeah Jezza took a few ripper's but Swan took the most contested difficult marks week in week out. He could save games and how many did he win for us kicking goals swinging to CHF and kicking goals with a torp from 50 + ... against the wind.

Thanks london ... time to go and have another look on this beautiful sunny day.
