Sounds like we undertook a due and proper selection process which included Cook’s involvement with the final candidates and final interviews
That gives me a level of comfort that this is the right appointment for the club
I have warmed to Vossy in the last few days and think his experiences at Brisbane and under Ken will hold him in good stead to take us forward. He should know what to expect and shouldn’t be overawed by it all
Most importantly he’ll have some strong figures above him in Cook, Sayers and Diesel to create an environment conducive to success
Now we need to add a couple of quality assistants and the footy department overhaul will largely be complete

Who were the final four candidates they refer to in the email? We know Voss and McCrae. Who were the other two?

And if he's not, that he (or Cook) recognise that and neither are afraid to put measures in place to address any shortcomings, either through assistant coach support or other means.
