I could imagine a reasonable uplift on that when packaged up (Id be surprised if he wasn’t on +750k incl. super and variable components)

I think you're closer to the mark london ... you must know.

Cheeky bugger

That’s a decent whack for a business with circa $60m - $70m turnover?

I suppose it’s a bit more high pressure and a fair few corporate / media commitments.

Some straight shootin’ there by the CEO, particularly at that hoary old chestnut about reviving Ikon Park as a venue for AFL season games.

I appreciate that Cook has achieved great things. I just don't like it when people say 'to be honest' instead of 'to be frank'.
Hoping for great things from 2022 onwards.

GO BLUES!

I'd rather he said 'to be dardew'

Thought he spoke very well with little spin which is refreshing
He is willing to call a spade a spade and I feel we may finally be in some safe and competent hands
The comment that a key area of improvement is getting everyone rowing in the same direction was interesting and unsurprising that this hasn’t been happening to the required level

Isn't that a bit send us or send up?!

Anyway, agree with the we're in safe hands sentiment.

This likely means it's gonna rip through the club.

Thanks for the link abns

He is a calm operator.
I feel more a part of the club than ever before, having addressed all the main issues of concern the Carlton Community discuss every year.

Focus on success, by getting all the parts of the club/ business aligned and integrated is the overriding message for me....and its happening as he speaks, starting with appointment of Voss and the Coaches: men of great character and aligned values with the club.

It’ll be just our f-ing luck if old mate carks it.

Curse of the Legends Stand, or some such nonsense… maybe Bruce is one of those elites that are secretly alien lizard people that gain power by feeding on the blood of children.

Makes perfect sense when you think about it.

We need to move the #10 locker back into alignment with the retrograde of Uranus.

There's a lot to reference and make a case.

If he doesn't cark it, I'm sure we are on the road to recovery.
