Not our worst effort (not saying much) but still not good enough.

Farewell Eddie and Levi
(and likely Teague)

Congrats to Harry McKay

Thank Christ the season is now over.

Was expecting a flogging so the result was somewhat respectable.

Go Baggers - but GWS were a class above.

Sad not to be there to farewell both Eddie and Levi. Nice gesture by GWS to wear their indigenous jumper and to present Eddie with a gift.

As a side note ..... with 1:48 left on the clock we officially ran out of ruckmen for season 2021

Goals to Eddie and Levi. 5 goal run conceded. It had everything we love about the blues.

Get in the bin 2021.

Defensive 50 worked but we were impotent at times beyond the centre. There we didn't defend that well. We just had the one tackle in the F50 compared to their's 19.

Some nice touches from Kemp.
Gee it would nice to have Hopper on our list.

First exit meeting on Monday with Ross should be Plowman and hopefully this imposter posing as an AFL player is traded

Another wasted opportunity and the inevitable 5 goal run by GWS in the third quarter sealed it

Pros
Kemp looks ok
Walsh Weitering Cripps good Ed Curnow excellent
Newman was better
Another game into Durdin and Honey
Another game into TDK rucking almost 85 percent
This season is finished and big changes have to be made at the club
A better effort than last week and need to bring that sort of effort
Cons
Another game where we lost because a side got a 5 goals or more run on
Third quarter symptomatic of season
Not strong enough defensively
Did not take our opportunities early and should have been up by more at quarter time and half time

We keep playing injured players obviously Cripps not fit ridiculous
Injury to TDK

Another loss under Teague.

Plowmans smile when we are losing is something i want to smack out of him.

He needs to go. One example Kemp ran full bore for the ball and Plowman just stands there with his arms outstretched like a gumbie.

He has zero intensity.

5 goal run was more that we couldn't score. We struggled doing anything past the centre aafter 1 1/2 qtrs. They didn't score their 5 that freely across the 2nd and 3rd qtrs, just that we didn't score anything.

So much money for the country footy club that signs Eddie. Biggest crowd draw since Fev. Plus the bonus of getting bcarlton fans to give him a 'proper farewell'

Charlie 4 games
Gov 5 games for the year

Midfield again was poor. LOB and Newnes zero tackles - dont care what anyone says they are pea hearts and time to delist.

Would it be fair to say a bit like last week but on Prozac? We bring effort, but in a milder form, we get milder rewards, we get more mildly ambushed in the shadows of half time, a milder run of goals against us and in the end the other mob too good and with more to play for - uphot a much more mild outclassing.

I posted this in the game thread.
There is talk that Eddie will play for West Preston in the Northern Footy league.
Only a rumour at this stage.
